We are always on the lookout for real people recruits. Our recruitment process is geared around identifying individual’s values and beliefs so that we can accurately match people to the right brand brief. In addition to our database of skilled specialists if we need a specific skillset we will go out and search for it and have an always on attitude when it comes to looking for the right people.
In order to empower our people to act as experts we created Skill School which is a training platform designed to support our team in development, associated campaign training and brand briefing days. We also deliver training top ups via our online training hub and via our Real People app so that our people have a training reminder always to hand.
From our head office team to our people on the ground; there is a synergy and connection between us which means that we work as one team. All our people go through a head office induction day so they really understand the ins and outs of us as a company. In addition to this, all of our head office team have worked on experiential campaigns, experience that provides invaluable understanding of working at the forefront of live brand activations.
We believe in rewarding success and acknowledging people who go above and beyond the call of duty. We reward outstanding campaign performance on an annual basis but we also look to the little things and we will often give off the cuff awards and bonuses for selling out of product or getting a fabulous client report.
