EMR is the arm of Sense dedicated to measurement and evaluation of experiential and non-traditional media campaigns. It is regarded as one of the most sophisticated approaches in the market, gaining endorsement from ISBA, The Voice Of British Advertisers. Reports from EMR give deep understanding of both the financial and emotional repercussions of campaigns, no matter what shape they take.

The majority of modern experiential campaigns work through a variety of different channels, not just by direct contacts. True Reach is the proprietary system developed by EMR which aggregates the influence an idea has had across multiple channels, to deliver a final weighted report summarising its complete effect.

Joined from L’Oréal in 2011 and heads up the agency’s strategy department, as well as overseeing the company’s measurement and evaluation arm, EMR.
